Terms of Service

Effective July 31, 2026

By using TradeLink Local, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

Marketplace role

TradeLink Local is a marketplace for contractors and subcontractors. We are not an employer, staffing agency, general contractor, insurer, guarantor, or party to agreements between members. Members independently decide whether to work together and are responsible for pricing, contracts, supervision, taxes, permits, licensing, insurance, safety, and completed work.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the platform lawfully. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent qualifications, harass members, post deceptive content, scrape data, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use the service for fraud.

Membership and billing

Paid memberships renew at the displayed billing interval until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent another charge. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Content and enforcement

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us permission to host, display, and process it to operate the service. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten members or the platform.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided “as available.” We do not guarantee jobs, workers, qualifications, results, uninterrupted access, or that every member statement is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, TradeLink Local is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or disputes between members.
