TradeLink Local collects only the information needed to operate our construction marketplace, provide memberships, and protect members.

Information we collect

We may receive your name and email when you sign in, along with profile information, trade, service area, availability, job posts, applications, reviews, and messages you choose to submit.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. TradeLink Local does not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe may collect payment, identity, fraud-prevention, and billing information under its own privacy terms.

How we use information

• Operate memberships, profiles, job listings, chat rooms, and direct messages.
• Match contractors and subcontractors and provide support.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
• Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

Sharing and retention

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the platform, such as authentication, hosting, payment processing, and email. We do not sell personal information. Marketplace profile details and posts may be visible to other signed-in members. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing support@tradelinklocal.com. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, payment disputes, or law.

Security and changes

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the new effective date here.
